Pale, straw appearance, with uniform alcohol legs. Nose- measured and mild smoke, with yeasty bread, iodine, and compost. Taste- similar, with all the mild and mellow notes. Very smooth, with no sharp edges. Medium body, with a moderate finish. Outstanding presentation. RJT
