I am drinking batch 5 by TBWC 49.1% vol
Nose
Starts Ripe fresh pear, lemon zest, floral honey, transition to more of mandarin , some banana, sugar icing, slight vanilla and a bit of funk.
Palate
Starts zesty and sweet, then pears and apples appear, to be followed by butter almond cookies and oaky a medium finish on a dry side , cinnamon, clove.
After adding a bit of water I am getting more butter cookie and almond, maybe a bit of milk chocolate.
I actually preferred it without water.
Nice whisky but nothing really special. I'd enjoy drinking if offered but wouldn't buy myself
