A sweet treat for me as the holidays arrive. Initial taste shows what I'd hoped, that it is not as sickly sweet as the many honey-centric bourbons and whiskeys out there. Still it's quite sweet in a way that will justify pouring it over some ice in a nice tumbler. Will sip again later for better sense of its smoky notes.
