Sea salt, sherry funk and a wisp of smoke on the nose. It’s a young spirit and this shows itself on the palette, with some rough edges in its sweet and spiky arrival. The finish is surprisingly long and the best thing about this dram, with apples, pears, strawberry and melon appearing as well as a rich honey note.
