The nose is a bit soft with slight hints of oak and flowers. The taste is equally soft. Hints of the wheat and oak. The finish has some buried brown sugar notes. Overall the taste is a bit plain, but it is also not offensive and very smooth and easy drinking. If complexity is your goal this isn’t it, but if you want and easy drinking every day bourbon that would also mix well then it’s a good option.
