Okay...to start, I'm grading this on its merits as a flavored whiskey and not it's merits as just a whiskey. I'm also giving it bonus points for the enjoyment it seemed to bring our guests. In other words...it was a hit.
TWTWIRBM is a bit of a TikTok fanatic. She's constantly texting me cocktail ideas from various folks. Some are very good (ask me about what I dubbed "Jobsite Margaritas" before your next summer cookout and thank me later) and some just have me scratching my head. Either way, she got in her head that our company would enjoy Peanut Butter Cup drinks. We go into the store for Skrewball and I mentioned to the ABC Clerk that I didn't really care for it. He told us about this homegrown product that he preferred. He was right. Less cloying sweetness and more whiskey flavor than Skrewball. I got out the cocktail shaker when the guests arrived and started experimenting with ratios of Peanut Butter Whiskey to Chocolate Creme Liqueur. Now, while I don't do overly sweet cocktails, I was impressed with how they turned out. This got my creative juices going. I asked TWTWIRBM to start a pan of extra crispy bacon while I ran back to the ABC for some Banana Liqeur for a cocktail I dubbed "The Elvis". I entertained, mixed cocktails, sipped Maker's 46, opened Xmas gifts, and generally enjoyed watching everyone have a great time. It all served to remind me that there is a place and time for flavored whiskey. Thanks John A.P. Conoley for helping provide that reminder.

Sounds interesting and good! I like Screwball, but really only when mixed with another whiskey. This sounds like a better version of my home made concoctions!
@peat69shiznit If I ever decide to try egg in a cocktail, it won't be in Mayonnaise form. @Scott_E LOL me too. That's why the bottle of Skrewball was empty. Another hit is my Homemade Fireball. I have to whip up a big batch at the Holidays and around the 4th of July.
Lol. Screwball is readily available in the household gathering. Mixing with Hot Chocolate, Rumchata or Chombord or other potential mixers. Just plain old fun (at least in our family). Nothing wrong with enjoying the forbidden (for a standard whiskey drinker). Have fun!
Great review! I’ve always been curious about the PB-flavored whiskies. I hope you left the mayonnaise out when you made “the Elvis”….
