The smell of crème brûlée. Oh my! Custard and caramel sauce start off the palate. The mouthfeel is thick and rich. There is some spice and smoke in the mid palate. Dark chocolate 60% finishes it out. This is an awesome blend. I’ll be keeping a bottle of this in the cabinet from now on!
