Color is a rich amber. Aroma is fruity, apple and pear with subtle notes of vanilla. The first taste is sweet, brown sugar and caramel. Gives way to cinnamon with a touch of pepper. Maybe it’s just that it’s almost Christmas, but the finish reminds me of eggnog. Warm, pleasant and inviting. Not edgy, but I don’t mind that.
