Consumed: Neat. Bottle has been open for ~6 months.
Aroma: Proofy and hard to distinguish, but general cola and root beer notes.
Taste: Starts as cardamom. Mids as candied orange. Finishes as peppery and syrupy licorice (not too anise-y).
Rocks: Syrupyness increases, and the licorice and orange notes come through.
Overall enjoyable despite proofiness. Very mellow amaro that should mix well due to gentle character.
