Nose: Smokey woods, smoked meat, red berries and strewed dark stone fruits. Rich cocoa vanilla syrup
Pallet: more smoked meats, heavy oils and fruit. Cherry pie, salt and brine, tannins out the warzoo
Finish: long peppery smoke, more sea salt notes, oil and savoury meat. Sweet wines.
