Nose: Lemon, herbal, lemonhead candies, honey
Palate: lemon, honey, apple, baking spice, throat lozenge, funkiness, black tea, and herbs
Finish: malty and sweet with more of the honey-lemon thing carrying through
Overall: A really unique, well put-together single malt at 46% and NCF. Great for changing it up from the typical Speyside/Highland profiles. Definitely great if you like lemon flavored things (like me), but not for everyone.
