Based on reviews, I was really looking forward to trying this one. The nose was fantastic, but the palate was a little disappointing. Definitely didn’t get as much flavor as expecting based on the nose. Still a nice whiskey, but didn’t quite live up to the hype for me. Maybe my expectations were too high, and maybe it opens up a bit. I’ll give it a few weeks or so and try again.
