Nothing radically different here but they’ve pulled off this style so well. Rich, buttery mouth feel, almost oily, which you expect from single pot still. Flavors are all there: caramel, honey, vanilla, orange rind. So smooth on the way down with a slight spicy note. The magic is in the execution. Terrific.
