This is incredibly approachable and smooth for the proof. I am tasting the neck pour on a large rock. On the nose I am picking up caramel, vanilla, cloves and unripe banana. The palate offers a smooth spice with the light vanilla and caramel and unripe banana, but adds light oak and leather. This bottle is a smooth operator that offers several layers of spice and has a touch of a macadamia nut finish for me. Definitely going back for a backup bottle of this barrel pick!
