Nose: a bit more ethanol than I normally prefer paired with some oak Palate: corn oak and some pepper to top it off, but not too much of a bite Finish: caramel is smoother than most other finishes Nose had me worried, but palate was enough to convince me this was great, and finish was the cherry on the top
