Nose: toffee notes with a hint of dark fruits coming through and the heavy caramel Palate: starting off with Carmel transitioning to molasses notes Finish: definitely smoother than a typical ~115 proofer, short-medium nutty finish Mostly a very typical Willett profile only less herbal and slightly sweeter. Not terrible, but a lot of better options out there in the $50-$60 range in my opinion.
