Floral and spice nose. Anise. Clove. Apple cider with extra cinnamon. The sip is tightly sweet rich sugar and allspice. Then it opens up to the bitterness. The spices linger and the sweetness fades but you can still feel it on your lips. Full and slightly oily mouthfeel.
