On the nose, this scotch presents with hints of apple, pear, and honey. There is a hint of brine in the finish.
In the body of the taste the whisky has a sweet toffee and apple quality. Towards the end it transitions to honey and the dry oak cask. There is a light brine late in the finish, and sherry notes can be found in the aftertaste.
This is a delightful scotch that should be enjoyed neat and unadulterated.
