Nose has a good strong Rye spice with a hint of oak. Some alcohol on the nose, but it's overpowered by the spice. The taste keeps the rye going, plus some buddha's hand under it. The finish is stringent, with a decently long afterburn. This feels like it might make a more flavourful Sazerac cocktail, though you may need to add a touch more sugar to compensate. Bought at Whole Foods in a box set: half-bottle of Bulleit Bourbon, half-bottle of Bulleit Rye.
