Smells an tastes like a bourbon’s bourbon. If I were a bourbon and wanted someone to know what I smelled and tasted like, I would offer them a glass of Buffalo Trace and encourage them to smell and taste the essence of me. If they enjoyed it…we could be friends, if not, I would tell them to kiss my a$$, which, if I were a bourbon would be the bottom of my bottle (I suppose). This would be tasteless and odorless (I would also suppose) which wouldn’t win them over and in the end they would die without ever truly enjoying a good bourbon.
