Aromas gave me bright apples first. Then obvious oak and vanilla. I’m then cooked sweet apples. Flavor was similar. Apples and oak and vanilla. The heat holds off into the very short finish and is not overwhelming. Some cinnamon and other spices complement the apple that holds on from beginning to end. There is an aftertaste that is a little bit artificial and plastic.
