Very Turkeyesque on the nose, along with some mint, pine, vanilla sugar. On the palate just really pleasant all the way through. Sweet, but not cloying. The proof is right. Caramel, vanilla, rye on finish with a little mint and dill. Not super woody, but it doesn't taste young at all. Great balance. I'm a Wild Turkey fan, so I was sure I'd like this. And I do. It's an easy rye to enjoy. Thumbs up.

@Bourbon_Obsessed_Lexington WT101 is great for the price, but doesn't hold up with the other two.
@Ctrexman I think it depends on price and whether you prefer younger but higher proof (Rare Breed), or older with a little lower proof (Russell's SBR). Around here they're about the same price, or Russell's slightly lower priced. At about the same price I'd take the Russell's, but if RB is significantly lower around you I'd take it.
I would say this crushes WT101 rye but has deteriorated a bit over the past 2y or so of being open and short of half empty
You have become quite the rye enthusiast. This or rare breed or WT101 rye which is your top Turkey rye
