Molasses on the nose, as well as slight alcohol; Sweet palate with apple and some spices. Slight burn going down, but nothing too bad; short finish. Overall, a good bourbon at this price. Reminds me a little of the EW 1783, if my memory serves. I followed up with some Blanton's. I'll be damned if it's not as good as the latter!
