Stunning. Has right amount of sherry influence, Bruichladdich lactic character, and old oak influence like sitting in a leather chair in a library reading dusty old books. Very smooth with a lingering finish.
Nose: Dark Chocolate, Mocha, Raisins, Blackberries, Cranberries, Forest Floors, Violets, Plums, Chili Peppers, Christmas Cakes, Cinnamon, Orgeat, Pineapple Syrup, Banoffee Pie, Salted Caramel, Brine, Honey, Apricots, Blood Oranges, Cheesecake, Leather Shelves on a Dusty Library
Palate: Dark Chocolate, Raisins, Dates, Grapefruits, Plums, Cashews, Walnuts, Stewed Red Apples, Ginger, Blood Oranges, Raspberries, Hazlenuts, Nutmeg, Cloves, Mocha, Cranberries, Salted Butterscotch
