Smooth and rich taste of grains. Very delicate. Works well as a side serving at a smorgasbord/smørrebrød with marinated Danish herring and raw salted Dutch herring. In spite of it’s high alcohol content, it can easily be enjoyed at room temperature, as well as fresh from the freezer. No need to dilute it with ice cubes. The most pure vodka experience I have had over the years.
