Noah's Mill Bourbon
Bourbon — Kentucky, USA

Tasted neat in a glen (last tasting was last summer in July in the Poconos with friends).
Nose: a bit of leather, tobacco and oak
Palate: front of the lip is very sweet and definitely nutty (thinking peanuts). Hits the tongue and some spice lands.
Finish: nuts continue
Would definitely buy again for < $60, as I got this in NJ. Willett’s products unfortunately aren’t available in VA.

@Ctrexman It is unique and good. I’ve had three bottles. Ultimately I liked Rowan’s Creek and Willet 4 Year Rye better. NM is cut from the same cloth as those two.
This bourbon seems polarizing and I dont know where I would come down on it so have skipped but may need to take a chance
