Taste is sweet cooked agave, a unique and noticeable floral flavor with some tropical fruit countered with some black pepper and cinnamon spice, and a touch of anise The finish is all about the floral/anise combination. Reigniting as you bring in more air over your tongue. More on the dry/bitter side vs sweet. A unique blanco experience with the floral/anise notes, which could be polarizing. Complex and delicious.
