This is the second take of the Stiuireadair, not as floral or fruity as I remember. I got a lot of salty brine on the front end then finished with light taste of apples or peaches. Bit more burn then I remember also which isn’t bad if finish off nicely. Definitely a young scotch and the climate of Scotland is not the best for younger aged whisky’s. Still not a bad whisky though just subpar and I can think of better for the price.
