Had to try this bottle again after watching it win Whiskey of the Year 2022. Have to agree with Minnick and friends that it’s pretty tasty! But whiskey of the year? Still, pretty cool that Journeyman knocked off the big guys for the award. And they’re about 45 minutes away, so their stuff is readily available here!! 9/23/22 - This taste confirms it. Really enjoy this wheater. Excellent flavor and satisfying mouthfeel. And an enjoyable spicy finish. I’ll eat my words and say I get the ASCOT Award victory.
