Mine is a single barrel pick from The Mansion in Florida. On the nose I’m getting brown sugar, molasses, light notes of cherry, some cinnamon, some oak. For taste I am definitely getting cinnamon and brown sugar. It’s very syrupy/oily which I enjoyed. I would definitely buy this again. Really enjoyable dram.
