Tried at a whiskey bar. Wow. Nose is rich smoke and meat. Makes you think of barbecue! Palate is smokey and deep. Reminds me of some sort of sweet baked desert but I can't place it right now. Creme brulee maybe(the charred part). Finish is medium but the smoke lingers. The mesquite is at the front but works!
