Sweet to the nose, but Ethanol forward. Vanilla and Carmel notes going down. Smooth and pleasant. Rough start followed by nice finish. Slight oaky and earthy tones... but nice and mellow aftertaste. Better chilled (on a large rock) than neat... bolder flavor profile and tastes excellent.
