On the nose, roasted corn on the cob glazed with pineapple juice. Agave, somewhat reminiscent of tequila. The palate is fairly dry and somewhat vegetal, although there's some corn sweetness in there too, especially on the finish. More roasted corn cob on the back end as well. This is the second Mexican whiskey I've tried, the first being Abosolo, which I tried at a resort in Mexico last year.
