2nd time I’m reviewing this bourbon. 2nd time I’m surprised at looking at other reviews and I don’t see more people tasting a bomb of cherry. On the nose and the throughout the taste. Now, I’m tasting this with desert and I like it even more. The cherry is met quickly with apple and a little nuttiness like pecan. I get more of the spice this time around and towards the finish with cinnamon stick and certainly some oak. Finish is moderate.
