N: Cinnamon, butterscotch, banana, charred oak, ethanol (and a little too much of that). P: Caramel cream, butterscotch, milk chocolate, cinnamon. F: Lot's of heat in the transition. Charred oak, banana, banana bread, cinnamon, faint mineral bitterness, long lingering brown sugar sweetness. This is my favorite of the Barton's.
