My first bottle of this i had much earlier in my bourbon journey, and I was blown away. Currently working on a barrel pick of this. Has the classic sweet notes on the front of the palate, but mid palate all I get is sour oak. Medium to short finish. Maybe it was just this bottle. Next time I’ll probably grab a non-pick and I’m sure I’ll like it just fine.
