On the nose I get peanut brittle, oak, brown sugar, and hints of dark chocolate, and leather. On the palette some brown sugar and candy sweetness, then spice builds clove, cinnamon, and pepper cover the tongue. It finishes with tons of oak, and barrel char, and more pepper. This one is more spicy then sweet, and gives you a nice hug, not quite as good as the other pick I had. I guess 1 year more makes a noticeable difference. FWGS store pick from warehouse X aged 9 years 9 months and 24 days.
