Nose: luxardo cherry and back end faint strawberry, honey…werthers caramel chews Taste: black cherry, cinnamon, butter scotch sweet but lays hot on the tongue Finish: big bold spicy finish. Doesn’t linger, but last on the outside of the tongue. Warms up the inside. Tasted neat with no water. Tasted along with the single barrel, which I felt was a longer finish, but not as good as the 125 proof.
