Neat is fine, but water opens this whiskey up nicely. A little water brings out big butterscotch, and more brings out cherry and wet oak. Low to moderate finish, but the flavors are excellent if a bit hot and young. Not super complex, but very tasty nonetheless. Nose is much the same as the taste, just a bit more sour and herbacous.
