Nose: Bready, Musty, Apple, Oaky, banana bread, hint of citrus, hint of mint. Taste: Burnt oak and brown sugar. Apple fritters and sweet lemon drop. Finish: Long and strong. It coats the esophagus with a tight hug and a sore throat. It's phenomenal. Overall: This is an incredible offering that can occasionally be found on the shelf and not being waited for in a line. $70 a bottle so worth cracking for a treat or celebration.
