Deep mahogany color. The nose is thick with notes of toasted marshmallows, cotton candy, vanilla bean, cinnamon-infused maple syrup and toasted oak. The mouthfeel is rich, creamy and hot. The palate brings cinnamon chewing gum and bubbling brown sugar, along with allspice, nutmeg, leather, and hints of maple sugar, roasted peanuts, vanilla bean and sweet oak. The finish is long and hot, not as drying as some recent releases, with more brown sugar, cinnamon chewing gum, leather and oak.
