Color: Light, white wine
Nose: Drier peat smell, something a little tangy, maybe some grapes in there too.
Taste: Dry peat on the initial taste, moves into some spice but flavor expands a bit into some mild butterscotch or berries to keep the peat from being overpowering, but the middle is a little washed out.
