Ruddy copper color. The nose is rich with orchard fruits, vanilla, and lightly tannic oak. The mouthfeel is unfortunately thin, and would benefit from a higher ABV. On the palate I get baked red apples, white grapes, vanilla, Graham crackers, ground nutmeg, yuzu, and, strangely, water. It is as if I can actually taste the water they used to dilute this down to 40%. The finish is medium length, with vanilla, baked apples, and faint citrus. Overall, this is really good but would be so much improved with a higher ABV.
