Merry Christmas! What a pour for Christmas Day! Fresh crack. This is crazy good. Nose of cherry, caramel, baking spices and charred wood. Palate is so viscous and oily. Sweet and spicy, toffee, fruity. Musty, sweet oak. Can’t get enough. Finish is long and warm. The sweetness stays on the palate forever. Every part of this pour is equally impressive.
