A- amber +2,medium viscosity N- w/water: sweet ( honey, vanilla, caramel, cotton sugar) fruity ( sultanas, red apples, pears, peach) barley, hint of vinegar, wet oak P- w/water: sweet spicy arrival ( balanced) I guess I added the right amount of spring water this time ( last pour was bit sweet and bland for me), full, rich, oily, sweetness is highly present ( honey, caramel, vanilla, sugar candy) fruity ( strawberry, sultanas, red apples, peach), malted barley, walnuts, oaky F- long finish, sweet- fruity-nutty aftertaste C- good dram BUT was expecting a bit more excitement, a perfect dram for dessert pairing so if you don't like this type of profile spend your money somewhere else , wondering if Ralfy reviewed/rated this bottle?
