Starting 2023 sipping on Balvenie Doublewood 12 Year, neat. Refreshing fruity aroma. Grapes, maybe a little cherry, vanilla, and some oak. Smooth in the mouth with a bit of oil on the tongue. A little heat at the end that mostly fades quickly. My current favorite scotch.
