Got this as a Xmas present from my bro in law. I must say it was quite the solid pick. The nose was a mix of herbal tones, cinnamon, and perhaps clove. The first couple of sips came out swinging proving its HP'ness. Smoothed out somewhat eventually. The complex flavor was a pleasant surprise. Strong baking and rye spices first then soft oak, fennel, corn, and subtle cocoa later. Not a bad warming sipper if you ask me. Cheers everyone. 🥃
