Ferrand 10 Générations Port Cask Year of the Rabbit
Cognac — Grande Champagne, France

Quite oak forward at first, quickly followed by a satisfying grape essence, and a touch of sweet Port at the tail end. A rich, woody Cognac full of baking spice, and light caramel character. We like the higher proof which adds more body and energy to the spirit, and makes it ideal for either enjoying in a snifter or for use in upscale cocktails. Try it in a French 75 for an extra boost of flavor. Best to grab a few bottles while you can since this is a limited edition.
