As you'd expect, this is alcoholic candy. It both tastes and smells like the lovechild of vanilla and cotton candy, with an extremely strong aftertaste of vanilla and honey masking the faintest tinge of alcoholic burn. When mixed with other sweet ingredients, it's sickeningly cloying. But it's not terrible to drink neat as a (very!) sweet dessert, and I've found it an admirable substitute for regular vodka + sweetener in many a flip.
