Honestly I thought this initially had a maple syrupy taste, and it was excellent. Is that weird? It then transitioned to a more oaky flavor with vanilla. I think this might be one of the most complex bourbons I’ve had so far, and I’m sure I’m missing certain flavor profiles that this bourbon has. We’ll see as I get better at distinguishing each flavor.
